PHASE I.
A. Village at Camden Court
has 36 lots. Nestled on one side of the main entrance but well set off from the road, Camden Court is close to our entry lake and to walkways with golf course views.

B. Village at Windstone Court features 67 lots, some overlooking Bear Ridge fairways and their adjoining ponds. In addition to park land and benches for golf course gazing, Windstone Court offers a pavilion of stone columns complete with tables and chairs within a shaded pocket park.

C. Village at River Lake East is bordered by the landscaped entry lake with a number of its 29 lots extending from back yard to lake front. It is next to the recreation center, convenient to the pool and tennis courts as well as the lake trail.

D. Village at Castle Bluff offers 44 lots, 18 in Phase I. More than half the large lots in this Village are boundaried by Bear Ridge offering rear views stretching into verdant golf country. Adjacent to interior lots, Castle Bluff's centrally located pocket park is complete with stone-clad columned picnic pavilion.

PHASE II.
D. Village at Castle Bluff
(described above) offers 26 lots in Phase II.

E. Village at River Lake West features large lots, many including views of the lake and some enjoying views of Bear Ridge fairways. It is convenient to the recreation center, pool and tennis courts as well as the Village lake trail.

G. Village at Lexington Place offers lots with views of both the lake and golf course in a location that is secluded yet convenient to all Village amenities.

PHASE III.
E. Village at River Lake West
continues its roll-out with further lots facing the entry lake and some gaining views of Bear Ridge.

F. Village at Cambridge Court is nestled on one side of the main entrance, but well set off from the road. It is close to Village walkways with lake and golf course views.

G. Village at Lexington Place continues its roll-out of secluded interior lots.

H. Village at Oxford Court offers a traditional neighborhood setting with a special amenities package in addition to all Village amenities.

I. Village at Windsor Court's presents estate-worthy lots, dotted with hundred-year-old giant oaks and looking out on fantastic views, the river and the hills of Waco. Accessed via a lakeside drive, Windsor Court will feature a private entry by the Village lake, and a large common area with unique amenities. All Windsor Court lots will be sold in Phase III.

PHASE IV.
F. Village at Cambridge Court
offers over half its lots in Phase IV.

G. Village at Lexington Place rounds out a lovely Village neighborhood with its final offering of lots.

J. Village at Regents Park will have streetscapes maintained by the Homeowners Association, views of golf fairways and the river, and will be ideal for patio homes. Access to this secluded village will be along a beautiful drive by the Village lake with golf views and through a distinctive entry.

PHASE V.
H. Village at Oxford Court
presents several dozen lots in this final opportunity to build at Twin Rivers.

J. Village at Regents Park introduces the remainder of its premium lots, many with views of Bear Ridge fairways.
